These were done by me for Ellen. I was so glad she had a red and yellow theme-I was dying to try out these fabrics.

These ones were done by Ellen for me. Cab you see the extra embroidery?
And these were done by me for Sandi--cats & cups!
Bringing art and craft together through collaborative quilting
Hi Y'All:
It's good to be back. First, let me say that I'm still as lame at posting as I have ever been. When I initially added these images, they lined up quite nicely. However, I won't mess with them any further. Check out these superb blocks I got from Jackie for the January Block Swap.......Hope everyone is well and creating. Peace, Zann.
Below each full-view of the block is a close-up of Jackie's fine handwork and hand applique. I'm not sure if you can see it in this picture, but each petal on the flower is slightly gathered at the base to make it puckery & 3-dimensional....so wonderful. And the beaded paisley in the center of the blue/green block is not a pre-made patch but was hand-beaded and sequined by Jackie. She was even kind enough to give me the site where I can find instructions for making my own. It's so bohemian-Me, I can't stop looking at it. Thank you so much Jackie for all the work you put into these and gifted upon me. Just another reminder of why I love this Block Swap so.

Please do not request specific complicated quilt designs. We have members with all skill levels so try to keep that in mind when deciding your quilt theme.)
