Hello from CT

Hello everyone! I'm a new member and was excited when my 1st block arrived from Debbie in the mail. What a beauty! My name is Linnea and I live in Connecticut. I have always had a love of fabric but only started quilting about 3 years ago. Being 28, I find I'm often the youngest in groups, which I don't mind, but have turned many friends onto quilting, and love meeting other quilters! I am an elementary school music teacher, and have found starting school has diminished my time to quilt. So many UFO's sitting in my quilting room. Happy quilting!

Christmas Block Sent

Actually, I sent this over to Emma last month, but I wanted to wait until she received it before I posted a picture. Since she is working on a Christmas quilt I made a Christmas ornament for her.

August Block received....

Thanks to Vicky for a great August block.... this will fit in so nicely with my civil war quilt. All of the blocks I have received have been so great.... I can't wait to put them into a quilt!!
